MIND SOUND RESONANCE TECHNIQUE (MSRT)

A series of advanced techniques of Yoga to work at the Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya,Vijnanamaya and Anandamaya kosas- the five layers of consciousness pf human being called panca kosas, has been developed as part of the integrated approach of Yoga Therapy to combat the biggest of killers-Cancer and AIDS.
