Ayurvedic Medicine – (Bhaishajya Ratnawali)

Indication- Febrifuge, expectorant and stimulant. Very useful in bronchitis and other form of ‘sannipat’ fever with shivering vomiting pain in the chest headache loss of consciousness pulse feeble and other, symptoms, purepetral fever and all kapha disease.

Dose: For adult one tab twice day children ¼ - ½ tab, according to age, with betal leaf juice expressed juice ginger and honey or with other suitable vehicle prescribed by the physician. Dose to be taken daily. Depend of the severity on the fever.

Diet - Fast Barly, Water, Glucose water, Sage, Milk, Fruit juice etc. as advise by the physician.
