Ingredient: Each 100 mg contains:
Mukta Shukti Bhasma 100 mg.

Indication: As a natural calcium supplement during dentition, childhood and pregnancy.

Dosage: 120 to 240 mg. in the morning and evening with butter or as directed by the Physician.

Diet: Milk, Butter, Dalia and other nutritious food.

Avoid: Oils, Chillies, Jaggery and Spicy food.

Caution: To be taken under medical supervision.
