Ingredients: Each Tab Contains Babboola twak, Ashvagandha, Hapusha, Guduchi, Shatavari, Gokshura, Bastantri beej, Rasna, Mishreya, Karchoora, Yavani, Shunthi each 8.333 mg, Shuddha Guggulu (Guduchi shodhit) 100.000 mg, Goghruta 50.000 mg, Preservatives used: Sodium Benzoate.

Indications: Osteoarthritis, asthi-majja-snayu-koshthagat vata, low backache, sciatica, stiffness in arms, shoulders & hip joints, fracture, etc.

Dosage & Anupan:2-4 tablets twice or thrice a day with Dashamoolarishta, cow milk, meat soup of lukewarm water preferably after meals or as directed by the Physician

Pathya (Preferred): Diet: Cow milk, cow ghee, oil, sesame, wheat, blackgram, horse gram, shali rice, snake gourd, brinjal, garlic, mango, jujube, coconut, light but nutritious food.

Lifestyle: Gentle massage with medicated oil, medicated enema fomentation, purgation.

Apathya (To be avoided): Diet: Gram, green peas, rice, barley, jambul fruit, kamalgatta, betel nut, bitter gourd, cold water, kshar, dried frozen meat, astringent food.

Lifestyle: Stress & anxiety, over indulgence in sex, keeping late night suppression of the natural urges.

Each tablet contains 250 mg of active ingredients.
