I've just received this *spectacular* metal sculpture and it is even more beautiful than seen in the photo above. The body, base and accouterments are finished with silver, antique bronze and gold plating. The face is gold, polished to a mirror finish. The attention to detail is excellent.

Ordered an amethyst and silver bracelet and it is lovely but was astounded to have to pay an extra £UK 15 to cover customs charge from UPS! This should be made clear on the site that there may well be further costs to pay once the item arrives in another country.

I love the Meenakari earrings, they are GORGEOUS. Thank you also for the lovely box they came in and the meticulous packing. (The people at the parcel collection centre loved the packing, too, they hadn't seen anything like it for years.)

Check out the chappals! I even found a pair in my (rather large) size. They are wonderfully light-weight & look great. They'll be just right with several of my saris. They took rather longer to get to me than I expected but I think that was down to Customs and Aust Post. Fortunately the triple bagging meant they arrived safely.

The sari itsself is beautiful, as is the craftsmanship on the choli and petticoat; I wore my new outfit to work and received many compliments, but the real joy is in how I perceive myself while wearing it. I think it's the most beautiful garment I've ever owned (this is my first sari).

I have just received the five pieces of art that I ordered.  They are glorious.  The Paata paintings are so minutely detailed, and the every single bit of the canvas jut sings with acitivity.  The texture is so resonant, and the characters seem literally to be moving.  The perspective is amazing.  I ordered on the 14th, my pieces arrived on the 18th. The quality of the artwork is something I've had virtually no luck finding in the U.S. Most of the work available in the Indian markets here consists of cheap cloth paintings with a rushed, mass-produced, "tourist souvenier" look to them. I'm pleased to see that your craftsmen are preserving the true soul of this artistic style. Also, the speed (one week from inquiry to receipt!) and quality of shipping were extraordinary. I note that paintings were well and thoughtfully packed, and they arrived in perfect condition. Your presentation showed care and respect for both the artwork and the customer, qualities that are very often lacking in mail transactions today.
