Dr. Makarand Gore (56) received his initial education in Yoga from his Guru Swami Janardan of Nagpur. After complting his post graduation, he acquired education in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy. Since 1975 he is working in the field of scientific research in Yoga, at Kaivalyadham, Lonavla. He taught this subject at G.S. College of Yoga, Kaivalyadhama, for 10 years.

The present book has received the 'National Award' in 1985. He writes regularly for many Yoga Magazines and Journals. He has presented research papers in many National and International yoga Conferences. He has conducted Yoga workshops and delivered speeches on the scientific and therapeutic aspect of yoga in India, America (1988) and Czechoslovakia (1989). Recently, in collaboration with his friends, he has developed a '3D Aum' picture for better concentration, peace and momentous meditative state, which has been welcomed all over the world.

Thank you very much for the Shri Yantra with Navaratna which has arrived here safely. I noticed that you seem to have had some difficulty in posting it so thank you...Posting anything these days is difficult because the ordinary postal services are either closed or functioning weakly.   I wish the best to Exotic India which is an excellent company...
