About The DVD

Is it possible for a brain to record only what is necessary-learning a language, doing business, being a good carpenter, engineer and so on? There you need to record everything clearly, scientifically. But is it necessary to record psychological events? That is to carry psychological burdens all your life, psychological problems all your life-the conflict, the misery, the confusion, the agony, the loneliness, the despair.

J. Krishnamurti, recognized the world over as one of the greatest religious teachers of all times, was born in south India in 1895. As a young man, he underwent certain mystical experiences which, as he said, made him touch ‘the compassion that heals all sorrow and suffering’. Then, for more than sixty years, till his passing away in 1986, he travelled the world over, talking to people about the need to change themselves radically by understanding the psychological factors that shape human lives. In doing so, he gave a new direction and meaning to man’s search for Truth or God.
