A compact, crisp and loveable movie, Rajat Kapoor’s Raghu Romeo has been appreciated at almost a dozen film festivals from Locarno to Stockholm. Raghu, a waiter in a dance bar, leading a humdrum life, is in love with Neetaji – a character in a popular TV show. Interwoven in sweety, a dancer in the beer bar liking Raghu while Mario, a podgy hit man lusting for Sweety. Things take a turn when Raghu discovers a plot to kill Neetaji and wants to save her at any cost. The film, sprinkled with laughter abundance, takes you through the emotions of Raghu coming to terms with Neetaji.
