India has a deep rooted tradition in craft. Batik, one of them, is a technique involving resist dyeing including the use of mordants on wax.

Standing amidst the twisting and twirling branches, this beauty carries a wine casket in her long delicate hands. She is wearing a long Kameez, almost reaching her ankles and a light coloured salwar. A same colored odhini covers her head, going over one shoulder and pleats on the left. The wide sleeved red kameez has beads and tassels threaded to gather at the edge of the sleeve to give it a fancy look, which is already achieved by a lovely border at the sleeve and the neck. A full mouth and long eyes make her look beautiful. Ornament that she wears on the forehead and neck make her look more so. The casket that she holds is long and slim and encrusted with stones.

Luscious bunches of grapes can be seen hanging in the thickly leafed tree with wildly twirling branches. A small fawn shyly peeps from behind her, vying for her attention.
