A renowned poet, Prof. Hans, is forced by circumstance to take over the administration of a troubled college of which he is an alumnus. A young tough, the son of the Home Minister, lords it over the college with the help of his gang of violent thugs. While the administration is hamstrung by the boy’s political connections, Prof. Hans takes on the corrupt system, fights it and restores the college’s lost glory.
