Shipping for all orders above US$ 50 will
be through the Federal Express CorporationTM; UPSTM; or DHLTM
Shipping may also be done by any other carrier, if such a request is made
by the buyer. Orders below US$ 50 may also be shipped through FedExTM/UPSTM, at the sole discretion of Exotic
In case a shipment of value less than US
$50 is not shipped by FedExTM/UPSTM, the shipment
will be sent by Registered Air Mail. Delivery for such shipments will normally
take place between 10 to 20 days.
We ship to all all countries having
Diplomatic relations with India. This includes all countries in North America, Europe, Australasie, and South America.
After the dispatch of the Shipment through
FedEx/UPS, the customer shall be communicated by email an Internet tracking number, which can be tracked on the FedEx web site www.fedex.com. UPS tracking numbers can be tracked through www.ups.com. This number normally becomes operational within
24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been
provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the
Packages through Air Mail do not have a tracking facility. For tracking number, customers are welcome to select FedExTM/UPSTM through the shopping cart by paying a nominal amount to cover the extra costs.
The normal period for delivery to US, European, and Australian destinations
is between 3 to 5 business days. However, Exotic India does not
guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may
be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as delayed Customs clearance,
Flight delays, etc.
The consignment will be delivered to the buyer at his/her doorstep by the Carrier, after all customs formalities have been completed. The Carrier will be responsible for the clearance of the shipment from Customs.
