Sri Aurobindo


Sri Aurobindo was an Indian philosopher, yogi, seer, poet, and Indian nationalist who propounded a philosophy of divine life on earth through spiritual evolution. Sri Aurobindo who played a major role in India's independence movement. He is also known for his integral philosophy and practice of Integral Yoga.


Sri Aurobindo was a prolific writer who produced a large body of work on a variety of subjects, including politics, philosophy, and spirituality. His works include the lengthy poem "Savitri," which is regarded as one of the best examples of contemporary Indian literature, as well as "The Life Divine," "The Synthesis of Yoga," and other pieces.
