We do not have to renounce the world, but bring to it a spirit of awareness in a deep reverence for life. At the same time there should be a collective wish to grow be-yond the smallness and the trivial, and the meaninglessness of everyday lives. Bhagawan Baba has spoken on virtually every aspect of the development of human consciousness. He starts from the physical and moves step by step to the transcenden-tal. He begins from where we are human (Manava) to take us to where we can be, divine (Madhava).
