This book deals with important spects of Human rights of tribes in india. This is a compilation of articles written by eminent scholars with emphasis on Human rights of tribes. At present the violation of human right against Schedule Tribes has increased specially in the sector of land conver-sion or displacement. Health, huntress and exploitation are main problems of tribes. According to Human Rights Watch report Schedule Tribes face maximum exploitation in the society. It is true that the laws and policy made by Indian government conserve their rights but these laws and policies are not implemented properly.
