About the Audio Cd
As the name implies, this meditation moves very potent energies within the meditator. Just as it is good to do the dynamic at sunrise, this beautiful meditation is best done at sunset.
Fist Stage: 15 Minutes music. Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies and become the shaking and shivering. Your eyes may be open or closed.
Second Stage: 15 Minutes music. Dance….any way you feel, and let the whole body moves as it wishes.
Third Stage: 15 Minutes music. Close your eyes. Be still, standing or sitting…. witnessing.
Forth Stage: Stqp. 15 minutes silence. Sit or lie down with closed eyes… be still.
