This book contains valuable spiritual insights by Brahmarshi Subhash Patriji, Founder of the Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement. Translated from Patriji's original book in Telugu, this book aims to assist people in attaining happiness, peace and prosperity through the right knowledge. The book's title, Tulasidalàm, refers to a 'pair of Tulasi leaves' indicating two important points. The first point emphasises personal responsibility in creating reality through our thoughts, words, and actions. The second point highlights the importance of Anapanasati meditation, focusing on our breath in realizing oneself. The book has six chapters that aim to increase awareness and guide us towards divinity. It explores various concepts of spiritual science and presents the teachings of famous saints and spiritual scientists. It provides authentic interpretations of select teachings from Upanishads and Vedas of ancient Indian scriptures and a few spiritual scriptures from world cultures, leading to self-realization and eternal wisdom. This book conveys the messages "Aham Eva Sharanam Mama" which means I am that, and take refuge in me, and "Appo Deepo Bhava", which translates to Be a light unto yourself, encouraging individuals to be their saviors from the ill effects of ignorance, greed and attachment.
