Finally, in a fit of rage, Hiranyakashipu challenged Prahlada, asking if his Vishnu was everywhere. When Prahlada affirmed that he was, Hiranyakashipu struck a pillar, and from it emerged Narasimha. Narasimha, being neither man nor beast, and appearing neither inside nor outside, neither during the day nor during the night, circumvented Hiranyakashipu's boon. He vanquished the demon, restoring Dharma and protecting his devotee. This statue stands as a reminder of this victory, offering solace and protection to those who seek refuge in the divine.
