Sangeeta Gupta, a retired Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, is an Indian abstract artist, poet, and filmmaker. She is the first woman who qualified for Civil Services from her district in Uttar Pradesh, India. She is an officer of the 1984 batch IRS.
