Book Description
From the CD

“Satsang is the nest in which you can find repose. If you are a taker of happiness, you receive misery. If you are a giver of happiness, you receive joy and love.”

-Poojya Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji
Deep within our core lies the state of ultimate happiness, total peace. A state that can be attained through Satsang that is collective chanting to seek inner peace. Creating waves that carry us into the ocean of knowledge and harmony that exists within us, Satsang is like a wild dance, which has no manifests purpose.

They say the unity of Satsang creates a state of ‘Naad Bhraman’ through each uttered word that sends almost electric jolts into our minds. Creating bliss that penetrates our mind, body and soul, Satsang awakens the dormant consciousness within us.

This culminates in an enlightening experience, bringing about a release of radiating energy from the coming together of so many people and through collective belief and togetherness in praying. Taking the mind into a state of bliss, it is a moment of unison with your own true inner self.

Leading us into a state where the body absorbs the sounds of collective praying and converts it into consciousness, Satsang provides a protective shelter for our souls while the experience leaves us energized and refreshed.

Sahil Jagtiani is a singer, songwriter and guitarist who has been involved in music from an early age, playing in two progressive and multi-cultural rock bands from Hong Kong and London during his high school and college days. His whole outlook to music changed when he met Poojya Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji, becoming more inclined towards satsangs and bhajan music. It was the earlier influence of western music that would make him present and give him the desire to produce bhajans in a more contemporary manner. It was also his parent’s (Suraj Jagtiani and Nandini Sen) support that helped to maintain and nature his interest in this form of music. Sahil graduate from King’s college London with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management as well completing his Masters of Science Degree in International Management from Birkbeck College in London. After completing his studies Sahil went on to become one of the Full Time voluntary faculty members for the ‘Art Of Living Foundation’, founded by Poojya Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji, conducting health and personality development workshops internationally. He teaches the Young Adult program for youngsters aged between 16 to 21 years and the Art Excel program for children between 8 to 15 years of age which helps them to cope with stress and restores back their natural smile.
