Under the auspices of the K. R. Cama Oriental Institute, Bombay, I delivered five Government Research Fellowship Lectures on "Some Aspects of the History of Hinduism", in the last week of March 1967. These lectures are now being presented in the form of a monograph without any substantial changes.
