How to Use This DVD
Please start by watching the Intro and doing the Basics section. Choose to do one or two chapters along with the warm up and cool down for a longer workout that will have you feeling great a looking good. Always begin your workout with the warm up which risks of any injuries. After you are warmed up you can combine any one or two routines (depending on how much you want to do) and end with the Cool Down which returns your body (Blood pressure & Heart rate) to resting levels.
