Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, speech, and wisdom, is personified in this brass sculpture very beautifully and is an outcome of the immense hard work of the sculptor. Everything in this model is unique; the face modelled in such a way that shows the effortless smile on it, the lotus eyes and bindi, between the beautifully carved eyebrows enhance its feminine beauty. The swastika is a sign, auspicious in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, is in the inner circle of the halo, and the vines on the outer one separated with the lotus flower at the top intensify the beauty of it. Note how attractive the heavy work on the silk sari looks and the imagination behind it, which connects the floral art of the halo with the sari. Brass statues can withstand even harsh weather conditions very well due to their corrosion-resistance properties. However, maintaining the luster and natural beauty of brass statues is essential if you want to prolong their life and appearance.

The best and simplest way to maintain a brass statue is to clean it at least twice a week using a soft cloth or cotton rag. This will prevent dust from accumulating on the surface. Dusting is especially important for outdoor statues since it is prone to dust accumulation much more than indoors.
