This Peacock Oil Lamp in brass is a testament to the lampmakers' talent. The peacock motif in the crown makes this lamp popular as a Mayil Vilakku. The chain is attached to the picture of a peacock, and beneath it is a Kindi Vilakku light. The pot-shaped body of the lamp also functions as an oil reservoir.
