"Manne Ke Phaydo?"
This is the most expected question, when you suggest or recommend something specific to do to anybody. It is natural that opposite person would think, "Why he should do? What would be the gain?" On thinking over the questions raised, I felt that the same are appropriate; I saw a positive attitude behind it which raised the questions! 'Phaydo' - the benefits means gains, may be in terms of money/ comforts/status/growth or anything. Most of us knowingly or unknowingly think about benefits or gains. It can be called or it is one way positive attitude. But do we really know what positive attitude is?
I asked many people what is positive attitude, even discussed with some learned persons, I got various answers. I felt term positive attitude like a coded term, means, as if it is a secret word, hiding many secrets. I felt that positive attitude term is not as simple as what it looks, it is very vast and having depth. It is one term but having many meanings, definition is very vast. It is like a secret code and needs to be decoded.
Here I would like to talk decode/unfold term positive attitude. Once we understand what the meaning(s) of positive attitude is (are), then only we can know the value, importance of the same and that may/will make us to think about it. Once you start thinking about positive attitude, you can see the glimpse of positive attitude or experience the positive attitude, you can see the glimpse of positive attitude or experience the positive attitude in self or in others. One who really thinks seriously about positive attitude, he would definitely feel need to develop the same. However, developing positive attitude-knowingly/consciously; is very difficult or may be it is rare. Even question would be asked that 'why should I develop positive attitude!'
There are many benefits of positive attitude. It brings success, solves problems, improves quality/personal image/relationships, getting rid of stress etc. However, I came to know something unique about the benefits of positivity. I was reading some excerpts from a book 'Sense health and healing' by Dr. Richard Schulze. It says, the scientific research has proved that it is not the bacteria or virus who weakens the immune system of human body, but it is you- your thoughts/ your thinking which affects and weakens the immune system! The research revealed that when there is a thought in the brain, specific chemical is created. Whatever you feel or sense, is due to the chemical assimilation and this chemical is called 'neuropeptides'. These neuropeptides get loaded on immune cells. The response of immune cells is according to the numbers of neuropeptides. It gets boosted or impaired or even stopped. If you have positive thoughts/ positive thinking, the chemical-neuropeptides will boost your immune system and fight with the diseases virus/bacteria. As a result you keep healthy or get healed faster. So it is advised that you / everybody should have positive thinking/ positive attitude to remain healthy!
Everybody has Positivity in his nature as I mentioned generally we look for 'Phayado'. That means, one develops the positivity, unknowingly also, as time progresses as the age progresses. And if, one develops understanding about positivity (of his nature) knowingly- intentionally; he can gain positive attitude earlier than his age.
Positive attitude is a great asset. Especially the youngsters-youths must understand this point and start cultivating the positive attitude in them, which will really be an asset to them as well as it will definitely make them successful in their life.
The basis of positiveness - the foundation of positivity, starts getting built during the early years of one's life i.e. during the childhood and teenage stage. This is a very crucial and important stage of everybody's life. The bringing up of a child and the impressions created in his tender mind at this age shape the nature and mould the personality. Therefore the treatment given to the child by the parents-elders-teachers etc; should be right, so that he grasps/ develops good things- right attitudes.
There is no crash course to learn or no school, which teaches you the attitudes. You have to learn yourself and that too in the school of life-in day today life! How this can happen is expressed here.
