With great pride and pleasure, the warmest greetings are extended to all as a new academic endeavor is embarked upon at Netaji Subhas Open University in West Bengal. The publication of this Edited Volume, "Giving Voice to the Voiceless: The Sociology of Identity Politics in Contemporary India," is announced with great privilege. This Edited Volume comprises the research papers presented during the one-day National Webinar organized by the Department of Sociology under the School of Social Sciences at NSOU in collaboration with the NSOU Centre for Social Studies on 23.09.2022.
