I deem it a pleasure in bringing forth this little digest produced from the lecture delivered in 'Sri Bhagavad Ramanuja Sahasramana upanyasamalika series'. This has been an appre-ciable Endeavour jointly undertaken by Karnataka Samskrit University, Bengaluru and the Academy of Sanskrit Research, Melkote as part of Acharya's millennial celebration. As pro-posed, we are planning to come up with 50 books of this nature and dimension based on lectures delivered in the above-said Upanyasamalika series.
As we are very well aware of the legacy of Sri Ramanujacharya that enshrines the wisdom of Samskrit along with devotion of Tamil. The Philosophy and the Psychology of Visistadvaita' is an outcome of the extract prepared by the erudite author from the treatment of Sri Ramanuja on 'Upanishads'. The essential nature of Sri Ramanuja's school of thought is succinctly rendered here. I hope our keen readers would certainly enjoy such sweet syrup nicely prepared.
