About the Author Bhanumathi Narasimhan is the younger sister of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Bhanumathi leads the women welfare and child care initiatives at Art of Living that now supports over 1300 schools with over 100,000 underprivileged children. Her first book, the bestselling biography Gurudev: On the Plateau of the Peak, has been translated into 22 world languages. She has authored several other books including Parashakti, Sita and some for children too. She holds a master's degree in Sanskrit Literature from Bangalore University.
