In recent years incidence of urinary diseases is increasing considerably. Surgical and medical management is advocated in many urological disorders. All urinary diseases ultimately affect renal function. Urinary tract infection usually comes across in many of surgical and medical urinary diseases. It is very troublesome to manage the recurrent urinary tract infection. Lowering down the body resistance, intolerance to antibiotics and bacterial resistance against antibiotics has created a big problem before the medical practitioners. In the practice an Ayurvedic clinician get the chance to deal with a number of such cases, which are not responding to conventional allopathic treatment.
Every year, we deal hundreds of patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Everyone wants quick response with the medicines to avoid the surgical intervention. On the behalf of Ayurvedic principles one can contribute a lot in these cases. A number of techniques or drugs are useful in different urinary lesions.
It's my pleasures and privilege to bring this book management of urinary diseases. U.T.I (Urinary tract infection) and B.P.H. (benign prostatic hyperplasia). This work is based on my research work conducted in I.M.S. (B.H.U.) Varanasi and state Ayurvedic College, Gurukul kangari, Haridwar since 1990. The credit of this work goes to my learned teacher Pro. Lokendra Man Singh, Ex. Prof and H.O.D./Dean faculty of Ayurveda, I.M.S. B.H.U. Varanasi, who gave the new dimension to Indian surgery many ways. I am highly thankful to my coworkers, friends and well-wishers.
This book will provide information about the recent advancement in the management of urinary diseases. It may initiate many more workers to do further research work on these lines.
