Sanatan Dharma, meaning "eternal way," is a timeless way of life based on nature, truth, and harmony. It is not a religion but a culture and civilization that guides people through spiritual and scientific wisdom. Ancient texts like the Rigveda describe Dharma as duty, ethics, and the natural order-not religion in the modern sense. Over time, different spiritual paths grew from this base. The term "Hindu" originally referred to people living beyond the Indus (Sindhu) River and later became linked to the culture of Hindustan. Hinduism, rooted in Sanatan Dharma, is a lifestyle that promotes health, balance, and self-realization. It teaches living in harmony with nature and doing one's duty with wisdom, compassion and awareness.
