Prostration to you, O Bhagavan, the Supreme Being (Purusha), possessor of all powers, who, having entered in me, have activated my dormant speech and likewise have empowered the other organs such "as the hands, feet, ears, skin and vital forces under your presence. The above was the prayer in our school. We used to sing it before the National Anthem. That was a mechanical process. Of course, I used to experience some vibration while 500-plus students chanted it rhythmically. Miraculously, this mantra manifested when I was 50 and practising Veda in depth. It is a revelation. Revelations are the outcome of the explorations to understand the ultimate truth. I firmly believe the idea of Dr. Yogesh that "realizations are not the end goal but are the start to express self from the "highest consciousness." The spiritual journey with intense aspiration leads us to revelations. It's called in the Veda as Ketu (antarbodha). It is a fantastic process and quite adventurous also. Involving in sadhana, when we learn to detach ourselves from routine tendencies, the onset of the descent of revelations starts. The depth of understanding becomes more profound, and the width will widen.
