Book Description

Preface My thanks and love to my lord Krishna! For his divine grace. In addition, I want to thank to my family members, especially my parents, my wife, and my sister for their support. Since early period of life, the Vedic writings have inspired my curiosity. I felt connected to the spiritual realms when I read the Vedas and Upanishads. However, I couldn't find out any satisfactory and accurate English translation. As a result, I decided to translate the Upanishads while keeping in mind that the interpretations must be accuarate to the original Sanskrit text.

We know that Maharshi Krishna Dvaipayaan separated the Vedas into four parts. Each Veda is divided into four sections: Samhita, Brahmana, Aranyaka, and Upanishad. The Upanishad is the fourth and final portion of each Veda. Because the Upanishads constitute the last portion of the Vedas, they are often referred to as Vedanta. It is also regarded as "Brahma Vidya- the Ultimate Truth".

However, according to Vedic tradition, Aranyakas are Brahmins and Upanishads are Aranyakas. Because each Brahmana and Aranyaka is coupled with a Samhita, the Upanishads are finally counted as such.
